June dates in Kassel

If you are in Kassel this summer we cordially invite you to join the drawing sessions both within and outside of documenta venues, and some will be online. We have equipped a Composting Knowledge Drawing Room on the 3rd floor at Hafenstraße 76, and we have a mobile Plein Air Drawing Kit to set up sessions anywhere, for example at ruruHaus, at Lumbung Kios or in the Fulda Aue. Here is what's planned so far in June:

Thursday 16 June from 12.00 – 13.00 CET
Re-drawing the Economy
Drawing Room at Hafenstraße 3rd Floor

Mapping out the diverse economic underpinnings and the Lumbung of the Rural School of Economics in Kassel, Kathrin and Wapke together with curator and lecturer Kuba Szreder / Centre for Plausible Economies.

Friday 17 June from 10.00 – 11.00 CET

The idea of interdependent economies in the arts will be introduced by Kuba Szreder, author of The ABC of the projectariat: living and working in a precarious art world”, published by Manchester University Press and The Whitworth.
